These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FastR mobile application ("Service"). FastR is developed and operated by Erhies Fekarurhobo, including his organization Ratatapps ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by FastR’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
FastR is a mobile application that allows users to record vehicle performance metrics (including but not limited to acceleration times) and optionally publish these results to leaderboards for comparison with other users.
To access certain features, you must create an account using one of the supported authentication providers:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Your local traffic laws prevail at all times. You must not interact with the Service while driving. All interactions must occur only when your vehicle is safely stopped, or by a non-driving passenger where legally permitted.
Recording performance data using the Service must not be conducted on public roads. All performance testing must occur on private roads or race tracks where such activity is legally permitted.
You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. FastR assumes no responsibility for vehicle damage or mechanical failure.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. FastR makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastR and its developer shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, loss of life, or property damage arising from the use or misuse of the Service, whether direct or indirect.
FastR allows limited anonymous use. Creating an account is required to access full functionality. Data collection and usage are governed by the Privacy Policy.
The Service uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics to improve app performance and user experience. No personally identifiable information is sold or shared.
You may delete your account and associated data at any time by navigating to the Profile screen within the app and selecting Delete Profile. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be made directly through the respective platform. Upon refund, any unlocked content or features will be removed from FastR’s systems.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the Service are the exclusive property of FastR and its developer. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
You may not, directly or indirectly:
FastR reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms.
FastR may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
