If you do not agree to these Terms or any of its parts, then you are prohibited and must refrain from using the Service.
What is the service?
The service referes to the FastR mobile application and all its features. The service allows users record performance data about motor vehicles, for example 0-60 acceleration times and allows users to post such recorded data on a leaderboard where the data is ranked amongst other users' data.
What personal information do we collect from the people that register with FastR's service?
You can use this service anonymously and no personally identifyable information will be shared with FastR. However, to use all the features of this service, you must sign-up and register with FastR. We collect the following information from registered users:
- email address
This is solely used for authentication purposes. We will not send you unsolicited emails or share your email address with any third party without your consent.
- Facebook public profile
This consists of your first and last name as viewed by the public on your facebook profile. We also collect your profile picture which is publicy available to be viewed by anyone on facebook.
- Vehicle information
We collect your vehicle's make, model and year, to be ranked among similar vehicles on the service's leaderboard.
Request Data Deletion
If you would like to remove your vehicle's performace times from our leaderboard, please send us an email. Your email address, facebook user name and vehicle performance statistics will also be removed from our database.
